She made it a breeze and we knew we didn't have to worry about anything not getting taken care of. She was 100% transparent and informed us on updates promptly no matter working hours or not. She also recommended us to an amazing loan officer that made all that financial side easy and make sense as well. We had to pause the home searching and wait for things to play out better for us, and she was very patient on that as well. This one particular home brought me back four time, and two of these time was when Shawna was showing the house (open house) she knew I was working with someone but she did not let that STOP her, I had 1000 questions and if she did not know the answer she would contact my via phone to give me the answers. Shawna knew all the answer except one but she called me. Overall, what I'm saying is Shawna is a TEAM player, she's all about everyone winning.
